Charlie is the inspiration behind my latest drawing \u2014 a gentle, snuggly little muse who\u2019s quietly made his way into my artwork, my logo, and possibly even the next Fredsart collection. I\u2019ve filmed a timelapse of the drawing process in Procreate, and it\u2019ll be up on my YouTube<\/u><\/a> channel very soon. I\u2019m also thinking about adding him to the \u2018Collections\u2019 page\u2026 he\u2019s kind of earned it, don\u2019t you think?<\/p>

He\u2019s one of the calmest, most affectionate little souls I\u2019ve ever known. Whenever he\u2019s nearby, the whole room feels softer \u2014 like someone\u2019s turned the volume down on the world. That sense of comfort and quiet joy is exactly what I tried to capture in the illustration.<\/p>

Of course, Charlie\u2019s not all serenity. He\u2019s got a cheeky streak too \u2014 showing up with \u201cgifts\u201d at the worst possible moments, demanding snacks with dramatic flair, and insisting on snuggles when I\u2019m clearly mid-task. Cats have a way of knowing when we need to pause, don\u2019t they? I swear they understand every word we say.<\/p>

So that\u2019s your introduction to one of my fur babies \u2014 and a big part of what\u2019s been inspiring me lately. Keep an eye out for updates, because Charlie might just be making his way into the next collection release.<\/p>
